You'll get a price on the phone based on the type of lock and the time of day, and that's the price you pay. The service-call fee is included in the quote, not added at the door.
How fast can you get here?
We'll tell you the real arrival time when you call, based on where the nearest van is. Most Peninsula calls are reached within 20 to 40 minutes.
Will you damage my door or lock?
We pick or bypass first. Drilling is only used when nothing else works, and only after we've explained it and you've agreed.
Can you make a car key if I lost the only one?
Yes. We cut and program keys and fobs on site for most makes and years, usually cheaper and faster than the dealership, with no towing.
Are you really 24/7?
Yes. Nights, weekends and holidays, with the same price list.
