By using dawnlocksmith.com or requesting service from Dawn & The Lock you agree to these terms.

Quotes and pricing. Prices quoted by phone are ranges based on the information you give us. The final price is confirmed on site before work begins, and work starts only with your approval. Any service-call fee is disclosed by phone before dispatch.

Proof of authority. For your protection, we may ask for identification and proof that you are authorized to access the property or vehicle before opening a lock or making a key.

Workmanship. Our labor is guaranteed for 90 days. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear to doors, frames or locks.

Payment. Payment is due on completion unless a commercial account has been arranged in writing.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
